Anthurium Success Red

Like cherry kisses the Anthurium Success Red is as sweet as hot festive months and nostalgic like half-licked heart-shaped lollipops from the corner shop. Its blooms glitter scarlet hues like they’re the colour of the season and scream timelessness alongside their lemon spadix and array of evergreen foliage.

With proper care and attention expect multiple blooms a year, especially if you are consistently keeping this beauty in a humid environment. Success Red loves to be kept indoors or in a warm tropical garden. Cut, these flowers can be an aesthetic feature in a vase or a romantic gift for someone you love.

Additional information

PLANT ME

A well-draining pot or container that compliments my pretty pink spathes. I also love to grow in outdoor gardens with a tropical environment.

KEEP ME IN

I prefer indoors but can be kept in a nice, shaded area outdoors just bring me inside during winter.

PUT ME OUT

A nice, sheltered position with filtered light and comfortable to warm temperatures.

WATER ME

Once a week in the warmer months then every two or four weeks in the cooler months, making sure my soil is slightly moist. Please avoid over watering.

FEED ME

While I grow feed me once a month with a balanced fertiliser that contains a high amount of phosphorous. Orchid mix and/or a premium potting mix is great.

I LIKE

A comfortable and humid environment preferably inside. Feel free to mist me gently with water sometimes.

MY FLOWERS

Appear all throughout the year. You can admire my romantic heart-shaped blooms cut in a vase, or given to someone you love, as they can thrive for up to thirty days.

Care Tips	To prevent root-rot be sure that you are not overwatering and that I am in well-draining containers with porous soil. With care and appropriate fertilisation this plant flowers throughout the whole year I don't like the cold so pay attention to what temperatures you find comfortable and keep me there (I do love humidity). If keeping me indoors don’t be afraid to wipe me down with a wet cloth when I get dusty to maintain my glossy leaves and spathes.
