Anthurium Andreanum jambo red, with gorgeous crimson spathes that contrast beautifully against the dark green foliage and sunshine spadix centres, it is sure to brighten up your home. With proper fertilisation and care flowers will bloom intermittently all year long.

Don’t worry about the Anthuriums cute size as despite it is strong, healthy and ready to be placed in a bigger pot soon. Remember that while they come in a 75mm wide pot Anthuriums don’t usually produce flowers until they’re in a 140mm wide pot. So, get it ready for me to move soon. PLANT ME

A sheltered position with a good amount of filtered light as I love being inside.

KEEP ME IN

Planted in a nice pot or container indoors or in a well shaded outdoor area as long as you remember to bring me inside where you’re warm.

PUT ME OUT

In a spot undercover where I can be admired like your deck or veranda, remembering to bring me inside during the winter months. I’m not a fan of the cold.

WATER ME

Once a week in the warmer months then every two or four weeks in the cooler months.

FEED ME

While I grow feed me once a month with a balanced fertiliser that contains a high amount of phosphorous. Remember less is more with this.

I LIKE

A comfortable temperature, the kind that you like too. Some humidity is appreciated to and a gentle mist with water every now and then.

MY FLOWERS

Bloom all throughout the year and look exceptionally regal as cut flowers in a gothic vase.

Care Tips	Root-rot isn't fun, so be sure that you are not overwatering and that I am settled in a well-draining container with porous soil. Make sure my top layer is semi-dry before watering again. I don't like the cold so pay attention to what temperatures you find comfortable and keep me there (I do love humidity). If keeping me indoors don’t be afraid to wipe me down with a wet cloth when I get dusty to maintain my glossy leaves and spathes.
