Anthurium Andreanum mauii red

The Anthurium Andreanum mauii red produces passionate red blooms that grow in spathes. This plant is strong and identifies closely with its name. The bright pop of golden yellow on the spadix, like the sun in the legend of Maui, contrast beautifully with the vermilion spathes and long, defined, verdant leaves.

With proper care when this plant reaches maturity, it will produce many glossy heart-shaped flowers a year and remain an aesthetic feature to your living space (note that Anthuriums thrive most in sheltered humid positions like the bathroom).

This baby has strong roots and despite its compact size is healthy and ready to grow given the right environment.

This plant comes in a 75mm wide pot but usually won’t produce flowers until it is in a 140mm wide pot.
