PLANT ME

In your favourite well-draining pot preferably indoors as my leaves only like to see a little bit of indirect sun in the day.

KEEP ME IN

A sheltered position with bright filtered light and a comfortable temperature. If you feel I need some love, place me in the kitchen or bathroom for a while.

PUT ME OUT

In a tropical environment with plenty of warmth and humidity. Just make sure I am sheltered with no more than 1-2 hours of direct sunlight a day, indirect sunlight is my favourite.

WATER ME

According to the season. In my growing season, give me a good amount water and then wait until the top two centimeters are dry before watering again. In winter just water enough so that my roots don’t dry out.

FEED ME

Liquid fertiliser every month while I’m growing but only in the warm seasons of the year.

I LIKE

A comfortable and humid environment preferably inside with you.

NOTES

Keep out of reach from children and pets as I am toxic when ingested.

Care Tips	If you see yellowing on my leaves this can be a sign of overwatering. To avoid this ensure my top layer of soil is dry before watering again. Browning of leaves can indicate not enough moisture in the soil and/or a lack of humidity. Leaves can fade and die in the colder winter days but don’t worry as this is just a short period of dormancy. Just be sure to water your plant less during this time.
